Job Description:

As a Support Worker in a Home & Living environment, you’ll empower people, foster independence, and create joy in their lives through meaningful care and engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
create a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is valued
keep accurate, clear, and timely records
provide support overnight ensuring safety and peace of mind

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check or willing to obtain
Driver’s License
Insured Vehicle
