Job Description:

As a Support Worker in a Home & Living environment, you’ll foster independence and empower people to live life on their terms by creating a warm and engaging environment. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, fostering community inclusion, maintaining accurate records, and supporting individuals overnight.

Job Responsibility:

support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference
foster inclusion through hobbies, social activities, and community events
create a welcoming and supportive environment
keep accurate, clear, and timely records
be a trusted presence overnight, ensuring safety and peace of mind while supporting independence

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s License & Insured Vehicle
ready to work across a 24/7 roster which can include overnight and weekends
