Job Description:

Support adults, young people, and children by helping them live with dignity and equality. Build respectful relationships, follow and update support plans, drive clients, and advocate for inclusion while working within a values-driven organization.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for individuals with behaviours
Implement and review personalised support plans
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
Drive clients to appointments and activities as required
Maintain mental alertness throughout

Requirements:

Experience in managing complex behaviours
Must be willing to drive
Must hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR certification

Nice to have:

Excellent communication skills
Empathetic, compassionate
Strong team player
