Support Worker - Home & Living

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support from assisting with daily living tasks like personal care and mobility to encouraging community involvement and social connection
• Advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of people with disabilities to ensure they receive tailored support that respect their unique needs and goals

• Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
• Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
• Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others
• Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire
• Hold a current Drivers Licence and First Aid & CPR certificate
• Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements including a NDIS Worker Screening Check
