Job Description:

Located in Echuca and reporting to the Support Manager or Service Leader, you will work within the Purpose and Values of Aruma. You will be part of a high-performing Youth Support Team, delivering a positive customer experience to those in our care.

Job Responsibility:

Provide direct care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment
Promote positive family relationships and community connections
Work within a trauma-informed framework to support young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (or willingness to enrol)
Mandatory Top-Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules)
Valid Australian full driver’s licence
Valid Australian working rights
Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications
