Job Responsibility:
Allocation/scheduling operatives using Time and Attendance systems
Quality Audits, Tracking and management
Answering employee and client queries, helping to resolve issues
Support with clients who provide negative feedback
Supporting client reporting requirements
Reactive calls and periodic management
Management and coordination of reactive mobile cleaning technicians
Overall client and staff issue/general enquiry management
General administration duties to meet the needs of the business
Supporting other departments in day-to-day operations
