To provide 2nd line support customers using our applications. The position is based in Copdock, Ipswich and working with justice, products and services.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 2nd line support to customers using our applications
Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone
Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents
Keep detailed records of customers interactions
Monitor application system logs
Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications
Support during the roll-out of applications
Create User Guides
User Training on site
Requirements:
Self-motivated and persistent with a desire to learn
Enjoys helping people
Computer literate to a basic level
Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach
Good oral and written communication skills
Exhibit empathy and patience during interactions with customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU
