Support Consultant for ERP systems

• Provide day-to-day support to end users across ERP modules (finance, procurement, inventory, sales), troubleshooting incidents, and service requests
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations or workarounds
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements
• Support rollouts of new features, patches, and updates, including testing and post-implementation support
• Document resolutions, configuration changes, and create user guides for knowledge management
• Provide training and guidance to end users while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (both Oracle and SAP) in a business or IT environment
• Strong understanding of business processes in one or more functional areas (e.g., finance, procurement, manufacturing)
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT support workflows (e.g., ITIL framework)
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Experience in creating documentation and end-user training materials
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
