Job Description:

Are you a highly organised administrator with a proactive mindset? Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Support Administrator to support a busy construction company based on site in the City of London. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for all things admin-this could be your next great opportunity!

Job Responsibility:

Supporting engineers and site teams with compliance and documentation
Managing helpdesk queries and assigning jobs
Raising purchase orders and liaising with subcontractors
Producing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records
Providing general office support and assisting with onboarding new starters

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with flexibility to support multiple sites
A commitment to health & safety and service excellence
