Cogoport is looking for a Supply Relationship Manager to manage pricing and supplier relationships with shipping lines. The role involves negotiating competitive rates, maintaining trade lane coverage, and resolving disputes while working on key challenges in international trade.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and nurture relationships with sales teams of shipping lines
  • negotiate & procure competitive rates from the shipping lines
  • maintain a good coverage of rates for all the trade lanes in which the shipping line operates
  • coordinate with sales teams/ops team of shipping lines in case of any operational issues/disputes & resolve in a timebound manner

Requirements:

  • Any graduate degree/post graduate degree (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
  • relevant work experience between 8-15 years’ experience in freight forwarding companies
  • prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage
