Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years? We are seeking a dedicated Supply Nursery TA to work in a warm and welcoming nursery setting, supporting young children through their earliest learning experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with babies and young children and wants flexibility in their working week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support children aged 0–5 in their daily activities and routines
  • Assist with planning and delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Promote children’s personal, social, emotional, and language development
  • Help with observations, record-keeping, and progress tracking
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
  • Work closely with nursery practitioners, staff, and parents/carers
  • Maintain safeguarding and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting (school-based or private)
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Sound understanding of EYFS principles and child development
  • A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable
  • A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK
