Job Description:

Supply Management Team Associate responsibilities include coordinating with various suppliers, entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The role involves tasks such as data entry, ensuring data accuracy, compiling reports, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Insert customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Coordinate with suppliers
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Keep all information strictly confidential
  • Respond to approved queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with role SOPs, data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations / environment
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen
  • Proven data entry work experience
