We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Park Ridge, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management. This is a hybrid role.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate inbound and outbound distribution activities to maintain efficient logistics operations
Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs
Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve workflows
Utilize supply chain tools and technology to analyze and optimize operations
Prepare invoices and purchase requests while maintaining compliance with organizational standards
Conduct detailed calculations to support supply chain decision-making
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address logistical challenges
Support the implementation of global supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations within all supply chain processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain logistics or management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations
Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
Proficiency in utilizing technology and supply chain tools
Knowledge of inbound and outbound distribution processes
Experience with invoicing and purchase request procedures
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of 5 professionals
Excellent organizational and communication skills
