The Supply Chain Operations (SCO) supports a crucial part of the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through payment. The SCO’s purpose is to ensure we manage our supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging Citi’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls.
Job Responsibility:
Troubleshoot Invoice, Employee Expense problems and maintain statistics on volume variation by product for an operational unit
Support handling customer queries and complaints in level 1 and 2 escalation levels and during exceptional cases or post mortem activities
Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information
Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions by applying acquired technical experience guided by precedents
Communicate with diverse audiences through the exchange of information in a concise and logical manner
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English
Intermediate command of MS Suite
Proactivity
Bachelors degree
Communication skills - able to use various communication channels, shape their message in understandable and appropriate manner
