Are you a detail-oriented data specialist looking for a stable and engaging opportunity in the energy sector? Our Calgary client is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join their team for a 12-month initial contract. This role offers the chance to manage the creation, maintenance, and quality of vital supply chain data. If you have experience with SAP and a passion for data integrity, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale enterprise environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage master data requests and coordinate relationships with various business partners to ensure clarity
  • Create and maintain master data items within SAP, utilizing Winshuttle and customized toolsets
  • Execute regular data audits and integrity checks to guarantee accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Analyze system data to ensure strict compliance with business processes and quality standards
  • Participate in internal projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defining design requirements
  • Oversee data quality processes, including the validation and removal of duplicate or obsolete entries
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to support knowledge transfer and user training

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working specifically within a Supply Chain environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and LSMW/Winshuttle is required
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office
  • prior experience with Power BI is highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
