Implementing the supply chain strategy for Onngi to support our Operations in management with the logistic providers, ensuring our points of sales receive the highest level of service.
Job Responsibility:
Daily follow-up on the operational management of our distributors or 3PL and control their service level to our network
Manage with the 3PL and suppliers in terms of orders, stock control and any decisions affecting product availability and pricing implementation to kiosks
Managing all Onggi suppliers, you may have to source products for Onggi and also services, such as the negotiation of a distribution markup for food and non food SKUs, contractors, kiosk builders
Introducing new Ingredients and new Grocery products to our kiosks, contributing actively in making it a successful launch
Acting as the Supply Chain point of contact for the Onggi team: update all Supply documents, provide training on related processes, coordinate communication to the team and to the network about any news related to Supply Chain, establish forecast estimation, and coordinate kiosk openings
Providing Purchasing & Logistics data collection, market monitoring and benchmarking (cost of purchasing, Grocery products sales) for reporting
Problem solving (support for partners, source backup products if necessary, follow-up claims from partners, etc)
Update quality system (Kaizen)
Assure pots and adjuster are at break even (not only staci but Stef, fish..)
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master’s Degree or an equivalent level of industry experience
Experience in a similar position, ideally in a logistics/supply chain role
