Job Description:

Support Analyst specializing in Supply Chain applications, focusing on database analysis, documentation, process improvement, and technical-functional analysis of business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Documentation of all logistical information flows
Analyzing and correcting data in the databases of the referenced applications
Supporting the technical team in implementing corrective measures on the referenced applications
Preparing and carrying out functional, integration and acceptance test books for the implemented solution
Technical-functional analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical-functional specifications and adaptation of requirements for existing applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Informatics or similar field
3 years' professional experience in companies with a large volume of data
Solid experience in software projects / maintenance / support in the Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport area (SAP, Primavera, MS Dynamics, etc)
Solid experience in redesigning and continuously improving Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Warehouse Management / Transport processes
Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude and constant search for continuous improvement of IT processes
Availability to work at Auchan's head office in Paço d'Arcos or/and Azambuja.
