Supplier Quality Manager

• Develop and execute supplier development action plans to improve electro-mechanical suppliers’ KPIs
• Participate in developing our supplier quality processes
• Analyze supplier performance and capabilities, identify development opportunities, and drive impactful development actions
• Serve as the lead auditor according to the supplier development action plan, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and company requirements
• Support new product introduction and quality assurance activities for new supplier selection
• Maintain robust documentation and reporting

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration, or a qualified equivalent
• Proven experience in supplier development or quality engineering, particularly in the electro-mechanical component sector
• Previous auditing experience or a lead auditor qualification (such as ISO 9001)
• Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and LEAN principles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a systematic approach to work
• Strong teamworking and leadership skills to drive change, along with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Personal drive to identify development opportunities and take the lead on new initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel for on-site supplier audits and potential supplier validation, as required
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
• Finnish is considered as an asset
