Job Responsibility:
Processing complaints from internal and external customers within a defined time frame
Independently checking incoming goods according to the control plan in the SAP system, deciding on use with regard to the urgency of the production order and valid AWEs
Independent blocking and release (decision on use) of material in the system and internal exchange of information
Performing measurements using various measuring instruments
Use of complex measuring instruments such as engine test stations or acoustic measurements to check electric motors
Independent inspection of complaints from production and customers, clarification of the cause of the defect together with external and internal partners based on drawings and specifications
Independent organization of repairs and sorting activities in agreement with quality department employees in the production team
Collection of costs incurred in complaints, independent verification of accuracy and billing of costs to the supplier/internally
Processing of objections in the event of rejection of costs by the supplier
Performing accuracy checks using 8D reports and taking positions with subsequent escalation
Formulating complaints in writing and, if necessary, sending them with photo documentation to suppliers and internal partners
Preparation of data for processing internal reports such as monthly reports, cost reports, entering them into the system, and preparing quality documents
Processing of accumulated complaints and production parts bonuses
Requirements:
Technical education
2 years of experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of auditing/statistics
Knowledge of English on communicative level
Knowledge of quality management
User knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, SAP
