Supplier Contracts Manager

• Lead and execute contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance
• Oversee supplier relationships to enhance performance and maintain long-term partnerships
• Assess supplier proposals and evaluate performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize supplier agreements and drive cost-effective solutions
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Develop and maintain contract administration processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Provide strategic guidance on supplier management to support organizational goals
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards
• Conduct periodic reviews of supplier agreements to identify opportunities for improvement

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management and supplier negotiation
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts and supplier agreements
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and relationships effectively
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Experience in the aviation or aircraft industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in supplier evaluation and proposal assessment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to navigate complex contractual and regulatory requirements
