Supervisor role in a brand new store in Exeter, opening in February 2026. The main objective is to coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPI’s, and deliver first-class customer service.
Job Responsibility:

Influence and nurture a professional and enjoyable store environment
Encourage a winning mentality in service and selling
Champion colleague engagement and lead by example
Be an expert on CT product, customer service and selling skills
Train the sales team and encourage the use of staff training tools
Assist with managing some operational, compliance and admin tasks to ensure the smooth daily running of the store
Adhere to company policy procedures, Health and Safety guidelines and security processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor or Key Holder level is essential for this role
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential
Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable
Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results
Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance
