We have an outstanding vacancy for a Supervisor (2:30am shift Mon-Fri, based at our StarTrack Wingfield facility) who will provide clear direction, accountability and collaboration across facility processing teams in alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide clear direction, accountability and collaboration across facility processing teams
Be the topic matter expert in relevant area of responsibility to ensure operational and customer needs are aligned with delivery of high service quality
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including managing customer relationships in collaboration with commercial and customer service teams
Develop reports that provide statistical data and conduct trend analysis to assist in developing proactive and targeted improvement activities
Develop service improvement plans to address processing control issues and engage key stakeholders to implement improvement plans
In collaboration with the Facility Manager, develop and align performance targets across safety, service and efficiency
Requirements:
Detailed understanding of depot facility operations including optimisation and process improvement
Developed people management skills to support change
Sound operational decision making
Drive in customer service focus
