Job Description:

We’re looking for an execution-driven SEO & AI Optimization Supervisor to own organic growth for a few key clients. You’ll blend technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-powered search to deliver measurable business impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead day-to-day SEO: audits, keyword research, content optimization, local SEO, ASO, and structured data
  • Execute hands-on in CMS platforms - publishing, optimizing, and improving site structure
  • Partner with dev and product teams on redesigns, migrations, and new builds
  • Troubleshoot crawl, indexation, and performance issues quickly and clearly
  • Use AI-assisted keyword clustering, content gap analysis, and smart linking to boost visibility across traditional and generative search
  • Apply GEO principles to strengthen brand presence in Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
  • Help evolve scalable AI + SEO frameworks that blend creativity and automation
  • Collaborate across media teams to ensure campaigns stay connected and effective
  • Build data-driven roadmaps and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Tell stories with data - highlight trends, growth, and ROI through reports and dashboards
  • Share learnings, mentor junior SEOs, and champion AI-driven best practices
  • Support new-business pitches with insights and strategy input
  • Contribute to playbooks that refine our SEO + AI approach

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years leading SEO and Content Marketing strategies
  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or agency role
  • Strong technical SEO and analytical skills
  • Proficient in GA4, GSC, Looker, and Google Sheets/Slides
  • Experienced with Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, OnCrawl, and SEMrush
  • Reliable, strategic, detail-oriented

Nice to have:

  • A sixth sense for when Google is about to roll out an update
  • Knowledge of API integrations, Vibe coding, and basic web development (HTML, schema, or automation scripting)
  • Familiarity with paid search
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • BS/BA degree preferred
