Job Description:

This is a supervisory sales role at Marriott International's Courtyard Tianjin Hongqiao. The role involves sales and customer service responsibilities, office duties, and fostering team collaboration. The position emphasizes professionalism, brand representation, and outstanding guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
determine and give complementaries to guests as a gesture of appreciation
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via various communication channels
answer, record, and process guest calls and requests
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
serve as a role model
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and assets
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
monitor performance of employees to ensure adherence to quality standards
perform additional reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
