Job Description:

This role involves assisting management in sales processes, motivating employees, handling reservations, solving guest-related requests, and promoting the brand. It is based at the Shunde Marriott Hotel, with a focus on maximizing guest satisfaction and upholding the Marriott brand's high standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Serve as a role model
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
