Job Description:

The Supervisor-Sales role involves supporting Sales & Marketing, resolving guest issues, maximizing revenue, promoting brand image, and maintaining professional standards while fostering a positive work environment at the Xiamen Marriott Hotel Haicang

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Promote internal and external brand awareness
Process Marriott Rewards points and reservation requests
Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties
Train and motivate employees
Anticipate and address guest service needs
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Strong organizational skills
Professional personal appearance
