Job Description:

The Supervisor-Restaurant Ops position at The Westin Reserva Conchal involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring team collaboration, and maintaining high levels of service and safety standards. Responsibilities also include managing staff, handling inventory, monitoring dining rooms, and supporting management with hiring and training. Westin champions well-being for guests and employees.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Nice to have:

Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
Passion for well-being and customer service
