Supervisor-Recreation position at W Punta Cana Adult All-Inclusive, responsible for creating recreational activities, ensuring guest safety, maintaining equipment, and supervising recreational operations while promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software
  • Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Promote rules and regulations for safety
  • Observe activity and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • Provide assistance to injured guests
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
  • Process orders or transactions from customers and collect payment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recreation and Fitness Equipment certification
  • Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
