Job Description:

The Supervisor-Marketing at Renaissance Nanning Hotel promotes the brand internally and externally, communicates with potential owners, verifies eligibility for sales/tours, and assists with management responsibilities. The role also ensures quality standards and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours
encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation
verify individuals' eligibility for preview package sales/tours
determine and give complimentaries to guests
perform general office duties to support sales and marketing
relay messages accurately
assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees
serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process
follow company policies and procedures
ensure uniform and appearance are clean and professional
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
speak with clear and professional language
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
perform reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
