Job Description:

Loss Prevention Supervisor position at The Westin Hefei Baohe, responsible for property security, emergency response, safety inspections, and team supervision within the Marriott International hotel group.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills and safety inspections
Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Authorize access to secured areas
Assist during emergency situations
Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
Complete reports and maintain confidentiality
Defuse disturbances and resolve safety hazards
Handle interruptions and complaints
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Assist in training, motivating and coaching employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to read and visually verify information
Physical ability to move at required speed, stand/sit/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, move through confined spaces, and perform various physical tasks
