Job Description:

Inspect guest rooms, monitor quality standards, and assist with managing daily housekeeping activities. Provide supervision and support to staff. Develop positive relationships with colleagues and guests. Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool after cleaning
run sold room reports and verify room status
prioritize room cleaning and update departing guest room status
coordinate housekeeping efforts with other departments
document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
prepare and communicate room assignments
assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
follow company safety policies and complete safety training
ensure professionalism and adherence to quality standards
move, lift, and carry objects as needed
use computers and point of sale systems

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
