Job Description:

Join JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen as a Supervisor-Guest Service. This role includes providing exceptional service, supervising staff, and handling guest check-ins, payments, and requests. At JW Marriott, associates enjoy diverse opportunities for development, camaraderie, and holistic well-being.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins
verify guest identity, form of payment, and issue room keys
set up accurate guest accounts
enter Marriott Rewards information
verify rates match market codes
secure payment and adjust billing
compile and review daily reports
accommodate guest requests
process payment types and handle charges
perform cashier and closing reports
secure bank funds
notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft
train, evaluate, counsel, motivate, and coach employees
listen and respond to employee concerns
follow company policies
report accidents and unsafe work conditions
maintain professional appearance
adhere to quality standards
assist individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
