Job Description:

The Supervisor-Guest Service role at Sheraton Lanzhou Anning involves overseeing guest check-ins, payment processes, and guest accommodations while adhering to company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the position supports team collaboration, maintains quality standards, and assists management in staff training and development.

Job Responsibility:

Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key
Supply guests with directions and property information
Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements
Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft
Speak using clear and professional language
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift
Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
