Job Description:

Supervisor-Guest Relations position at Xuzhou Marriott Hotel Lakeview responsible for responding to guest questions, handling reservations, providing property information, resolving guest requests, and collaborating with management to improve department performance.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to questions from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Take and confirm reservations and cancellations
Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests
Collaborate with management to develop procedures and set goals
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
