Job Description:

Ensure staff work cohesively as a team to deliver optimal service to guests. Monitor grooming, cleanliness, supplies, dining room safety, and employee adherence. Maintain standards of hospitality at the Courtyard Xiamen Marriott, dedicated to enriching the guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies
monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and the well-being of guests
complete work orders for maintenance repairs
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy process
ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
