Job Description:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area, assist with management responsibilities like hiring and training, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property amenities
respond to special needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
answer, record, and process guest calls and requests
review shift logs and prioritize outstanding requests
monitor inventory and order office supplies
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
ensure adherence to quality standards
stand, sit, or walk for an extended period

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
