Job Description:

The Accounting intern will support the month end close process, including but not limited to Cash Accounting, Accruals, Transaction matching, Fallout analysis and Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Observe transaction matching in Blackline to report and analyze the fallouts on a daily basis
  • Prepare month end journal entries in support of the business activity
  • Provide accounting and analytical support during the month end close process
  • Perform month end reconciliation of the assigned Balance sheet accounts
  • Learn the use of Blackline, Alteryx and Tableau on regular Accounting and Reporting works
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field
  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Must have legal right to work in the US.
