Summer Analyst

• Participate in intensive training providing essential skills knowledge and orientation to Citi’s culture
• Join a Citi business or function and be assigned a tailored project for an in-depth experience
• Participate in mentoring programs, networking events, and development opportunities
• Gain a broad understanding of the Wealth business and operational intricacies at Citi
• Work on a specific team assignment in areas such as Banking, Investment Solutions, Investment Counselling, Strategy Development, Lending, Family Office, or CIO

• You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2026 - June 2027)
• You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service
• Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire/curiosity to learn, collaborative in team environments
• Genuine interest in Wealth trends with a strong initiative to constantly learn and apply what they have acquired onto their work
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
