Job Description:

Substitute Loss Prevention Officer position at The Ritz-Carlton New York Central Park responsible for property security, guest safety, emergency response, and maintaining the luxury service standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol property areas
monitor security systems
assist guests during emergencies
conduct investigations
complete security reports
maintain property safety standards
escort unwelcome persons from property

Requirements:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor security systems
conduct daily physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents and emergencies
administer first aid/CPR as required
complete incident reports
resolve safety hazard situations
conduct investigations and gather evidence
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
