  • Help maintain accurate student records in Salesforce, support compliance requirements, and collaborate across departments
  • When working onsite, manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle mail and deliveries, and keep our shared spaces organized and welcoming

  • IT Support or Help Desk experience, or related certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL 4 Foundations
  • Comfort using modern communication and collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, Intercom, or Monday
What we offer:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—starting the 1st of the month after your hire date
  • Four weeks of paid parental or medical leave
  • Flexible PTO policy, sick time, and eight paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting and up to 5% matching contributions
