Job Description:

Join HSBC’s International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team and gain valuable experience in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, private banking, and insurance. The role involves supporting branch operations, engaging customers, promoting digital solutions, and assisting outreach acquisition activities. Job Responsibility:

Engage and discover customer needs on branch entry
promote digital/CCSS solution to reduce service burden
make referrals on bank products based on customer needs
protect the Bank by preventing fraud, knowing customers, adhering to regulations/policies, and minimizing operational risk
support acquisition on-site activities including logistics, customer engagement, and obtaining leads
create an excellent first impression to foster customer relationships.

Requirements:

Support branch on greeting and identifying customer needs
provide excellent service and guide customers to use digital channels
provide assistance in queue management, branch merchandising display, and making referrals on bank products
get well-prepared on bank knowledge during the internship to start working as an employee after obtaining graduation certificate
maintain HSBC internal control standards, Group Compliance Policy, and operational risk control.
