Job Responsibility

Primary responsibilities will include structural analysis for delegated steel connection design projects
Typical projects would consist of steel connection design, miscellaneous steel design, and erection engineering
Additional responsibilities include calculation development, steel shop drawing reviews, submittal preparation, RFI development and new calculation development to enhance efficiencies
Utilize analysis software programs such as Ram Connection, RISA Connection, Excel, Idea Statica, BlueBeam, Trimble Connect and Revit
Review 3-D BIM models to aid in building design, connection design and shop drawing reviews
Maintain oversight of project schedules, resource planning and mitigation for all connection engineering tasks
Collaborate with project managers, detailers, fabricators and erectors to ensure seamless executions and timely delivery
