As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and supporting our existing products and unlocking new business opportunities. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, as well as with key external partners, to lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve operations, and expand Robinhood’s financial offerings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development of new products and business lines from concept through launch
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal to onboard new partners and support core operations
  • Drive key strategic initiatives with partners to enhance product performance, unit economics, and operational efficiency
  • Own vendor relationships including cost management, communications, and performance reporting
  • Translate data into insights to inform business strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SQL
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
