Job Description:

The Strategy & Operations Associate will partner with Specialty Care colleagues, Service Operations, and field teams to support Specialty Care performance and operations. This role will leverage Oak Street's growing data capabilities to improve project management, operations, and accuracy of the Oak Street Preferred Networks, as well as broader referral management activities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage detail-oriented projects requiring partnering across internal cross-functional teams, product teams, and third party vendors
Own the analytics and project management of large and complex data sets on an ongoing basis
Partner with Service Operations teams to support ongoing initiatives related to Specialty Care
Support data management of the Preferred Specialist Network
Support strategic problem solving, opportunity analysis & new idea generation
Own quality assurance of data analytics
Build relationships with Specialty Care third-party data vendors
Create metrics and reports to monitor success
Ensure all tools are functioning as intended
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency of workflows

Requirements:

Track record of effectively solving difficult problems

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and teams
Orientation toward analytical problem solving
Practical, results-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
Organization and complex data management skills
Unimpeachable integrity
1-2 years experience (ideally at a consulting firm or high-growth healthcare company)
Strong MS Excel skills
Experience with Alteryx, SQL, and/or Microsoft Power Query – or an analytical background with an openness to learning new tooling
Bachelor degree
US work authorization
