Join us as our new Strategy Associate in the Strategy team: an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry and drive solutions that make a global impact. We’re seeking someone bold and visionary, ready to break barriers and fuel our international expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analytical Support & Organizational Initiatives: Provide analytical support and manage a wide range of organizational initiatives, including strategy development, research and analysis, project execution and leadership coordination
  • Reporting & Decision Support: Manage reports, dashboards and Board presentations to enable informed decision-making
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the management team to identify strategic priorities and coordinate their execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and proper integration across the organization
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support strategic planning and business decisions
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage in active stakeholder management, communicating strategic plans and updates effectively to both internal and external partners
  • Workshops & Strategy Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive innovation and enhance decision-making

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and either Spanish, French or Italian
  • Demonstrate problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Experience in understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports
  • Ability to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions
  • Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation
  • Ability to prioritize independently multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines
  • Strong project management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience at a top tier consulting firm or the strategy/commercial/etc. teams of corporates or startups
  • Experience with Microsoft office and / or Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • D2C or Consumer experience
