Job Responsibility:
Analytical Support & Organizational Initiatives: Provide analytical support and manage a wide range of organizational initiatives, including strategy development, research and analysis, project execution and leadership coordination
Reporting & Decision Support: Manage reports, dashboards and Board presentations to enable informed decision-making
Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the management team to identify strategic priorities and coordinate their execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and proper integration across the organization
Market Analysis & Competitive Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support strategic planning and business decisions
Stakeholder Management: Engage in active stakeholder management, communicating strategic plans and updates effectively to both internal and external partners
Workshops & Strategy Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive innovation and enhance decision-making
Requirements:
Fluency in English and either Spanish, French or Italian
Demonstrate problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
Experience in understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports
Ability to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions
Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation
Ability to prioritize independently multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines
Strong project management skills
Nice to have:
Experience at a top tier consulting firm or the strategy/commercial/etc. teams of corporates or startups
Experience with Microsoft office and / or Google Suite
Knowledge of Tableau
Knowledge of SQL
D2C or Consumer experience
Healthcare experience
