Job Description:

Lead impactful market research and drive strategic decisions for a leading pharmaceutical division in Japan. As Strategic Insights Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the business's direction using data-driven insights. You will lead comprehensive market research, translate complex data into actionable strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives. Your work will significantly advance patient care and contribute to the company's strategic success.

Job Responsibility:

Lead impactful market research and drive strategic decisions for a leading pharmaceutical division in Japan
Design and execute market research strategies to uncover key insights
Analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations for business decisions
Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards on market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic planning
Oversee external vendors and research agencies to ensure high-quality data collection

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries, with expertise in market research and business analysis
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python, R, or Power BI)
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (business-level proficiency required)
