We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker to join our team and bring impactful marketing campaigns to life. As a Creative Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in ideating and executing compelling content across digital and traditional platforms—collaborating with designers, strategists, and clients to build campaigns that truly resonate.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the ideation process in the early stages of projects, generating original and fresh campaign concepts aligned with client goals and strategies
Develop big ideas that translate across multiple formats—TV, digital, print, and beyond
Participate in brainstorming sessions, challenge conventional thinking, and push creative boundaries
Write persuasive, audience-focused copy tailored to various formats and platforms
Adjust tone, style, and messaging to suit each medium while ensuring consistency with brand voice
Work closely with designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative assets
Align copy with visual direction and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure messages are relevant, strategic, and effective
Offer and receive feedback in creative reviews, maintaining high standards across all deliverables
Present creative ideas internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
Justify and explain creative decisions with strategic rationale, while remaining open to feedback and iteration
Foster strong client relationships by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the creative process
Stay on top of advertising and consumer trends, language evolution, and cultural shifts across global markets
Use insights and data to craft content that’s relevant, engaging, and aligned with market needs
Bring fresh perspectives by experimenting with new formats and approaches
Balance multiple projects simultaneously, from large-scale campaigns to smaller tactical tasks
Prioritize and organize workloads effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Requirements:
Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish
additional languages such as French, Portuguese, German, or Italian are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 4 years of experience in creative roles such as Copywriter, Creative Strategist, or Creative Director
Passionate about storytelling and the power of creative content to connect with audiences
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and traditional campaign work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable—ready to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Able to give and receive feedback with clarity and empathy
Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain
