As a Strategic Creative Copywriter at Fever, you will develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, write persuasive and effective copy, collaborate closely with design teams, present creative ideas to clients, and stay updated on market trends. You will manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality. The role requires strong creative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and digital projects
Generate innovative and fresh ideas aligned with client goals and campaign strategies
Create original and relevant campaign concepts for target audiences, adaptable across various media
Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions
Write persuasive and effective copy for various media
Adapt tone, style, and format according to medium and audience
Collaborate closely with the art and design team
Coordinate with content strategists and marketing teams to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Present and defend creative ideas internally and to clients
Research and stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer insights
Experiment with new communication forms and language
Manage multiple project phases simultaneously
Ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
Requirements:
Native level of proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish
French, Portuguese, German, or Italian are a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably focused on marketing, advertising, or a related field
Deep passion for creative concept development in marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of digital and traditional media
At least 4 years of experience in creative roles such as copywriter, creative director, or similar positions
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to generate innovative and fresh ideas aligned with client objectives and overall campaign strategies
A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of a digital agency
Strong aesthetic sense and ability to provide clear feedback on visual and textual elements
You are based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain
