Job Responsibility:
Craft and execute a go-to-market strategy for your territory, experimenting and pivoting as needed to overcome challenges and drive success
leverage your creativity to generate a robust pipeline and connect with prospects and customers where they are
manage inbound leads from demand generation and channel partners, driving them to successful closes
consistently achieve revenue targets using modern sales techniques and processes
contribute directly to Truework’s growth and success as a key member of the MFRS team
Requirements:
5-7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
a proven track record of exceeding targets, especially in startup settings, preferably in the PropTech space
a love for pipeline generation
a growth mindset, always eager to learn, adapt, and seek feedback
strong communication skills and a reputation for grit and resilience
a team player who thrives on planning, executing, and celebrating wins together
a willingness to tackle hard challenges
