Storeroom Clerk

• Check and manage all incoming goods, ensuring safe, sanitary, and organized storage of all items
• Issue, store, and rotate goods in accordance with par levels and business needs, while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Collaborate closely with the Receiving team and other Storeroom Clerks to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain proper labeling, reduce spoilage, and ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) stock rotation
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare requisitions and purchase orders for the Director of Purchasing’s approval
• Uphold safety standards, hotel hygiene regulations, and contribute to sustainability initiatives
• Provide professional support to all departments and assist during peak times to guarantee seamless hotel operations

• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required
• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
• At least two years of full-time experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Physically capable of performing tasks involving lifting, carrying, and extended periods of standing
• Fluency in English is essential
